WMP Eyewear is seeking a proactive, highly organized Customer Experience Operations Manager to lead our customer support team and improve the customer journey across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Retail, and Prescription Eyewear. This role is remote in the USA (excluding CA and NY).
You will own support operations for 2-3 CSR reps, set KPIs, optimize AI and self-service tools, and partner with Product, Warehouse, RX, and Marketing to reduce friction and improve launch readiness.
