REMOTE - Customer Experience Agent

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients who are looking for information, guidance, and support. Your responsibility is to create a positive experience from the first conversation through the completion of their application or enrollment.

What You’ll Do

Speak with clients by phone and video

Answer questions and provide clear, professional support

Learn about each client’s situation and what they are looking for

Explain available programs and service options

Help clients understand next steps and complete required forms

Schedule and manage virtual appointments

Follow up with clients when additional information is needed

Keep notes and client records accurate and organized

Maintain professional communication throughout the client experience

Take part in ongoing virtual training and team meetings

Experience in Customer Service Sales Retail Hospitality Call Centres Client Relations is helpful, but not required.

Remote Training & Support

New team members receive training covering client communication, virtual appointments, internal systems, documentation, and the overall client process.

You’ll also receive continued coaching and support as you become more comfortable in the role.
