MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to work from home in New Mexico. You will handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities, averaging 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays, as you represent MTM Health with professionalism and care.
Applicants must reside in New Mexico with 1 year of call center experience, 6 months of customer service experience, and basic typing/computer skills. A reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
