Planet is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) on the Global Tech Touch team to service global small‑customer relationships, especially in Japan and APAC. This full‑time, remote role aims to retain and expand customers through Planet’s low‑touch model.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter, strong communicator, and will leverage geo-spatial know‑how to be the customer’s Planet ambassador while coordinating with the Sales and Product teams across regions.
