TryHackMe is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships across our education portfolio. You will manage around 150 accounts with ARR from £2,000 to £15,000+ and work with an Account Manager on commercial renewals while owning customer activation and success.
You will contribute to shaping EDU digital motion, design onboarding journeys, lifecycle signals, and health scoring, while supporting strategic engagement and expansion opportunities.
