Job TitleResponsibilities:Translate agronomic and subject matter expert corn disease risk model concepts into Corteva modeling infrastructure and tooling.Standardize model training data from diverse and unstructured sources into Corteva infrastructure and tooling.Develop reusable systems for QA and training metrics to provide objective feedback on modeling targets.Re-Align existing dynamic disease risk models into retrospective environmental risk framework.Skills/Experience:Expert Python developer, experience with time series and forecasting applications, ability to deal with unstructured data. Geospatial information and feature integration.Required skills: solid foundation in probability and statistical inference, extensive experience analyzing designed experiments and observational datasets (e.g. linear fixed effects and mixed effects models, regression analysis), general data engineering knowledge, Python (GIS in Python), experience with variable selection, dimensionality reduction, model diagnostics, remedial measures, and validation.
