Patreon is hiring a part-time Creator Growth Strategist on a contract basis to support our 1:1 growth consults program for small and medium creators. The role is remote, ~20 hours/week, and focuses on helping creators identify what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what to do next to grow their Patreon business.
We’re looking for someone with experience in creator-facing or SMB advisory roles, a proven growth track record, and the ability to translate insights into actionable next steps
