BBNK Talent Advisors has partnered with a robust, growing accounting & finance firm to hire a hands-on Controller ready to own accounting operations, lead a small team, and work directly with the CEO. Supporting a portfolio of senior housing communities, you’ll tackle accounting challenges, strengthen cash-flow visibility, and improve processes using automation and AI.
As the company’s third U.S. hire, you’ll have meaningful influence and room to expand into financial strategy, with potential to grow toward a CFO role as the business develops.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant or emerging Controller with approximately 5 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including:
***At least 2 years in public accounting
***2 years of experience as a Senior Accountant
***Strong operational accounting, problem-solving, team leadership, and client communication skills are essential.
Fully remote Eastern Time Zone residents only
Target base: $100K, with $105K $110K considered based on experience, plus up to 15% annual performance bonus.
