Key responsibilities: Manages the review and negotiation of contracts for departments and schools, ensuring alignment with investigator needs Develops and negotiates clinical trial budgets to secure appropriate reimbursement for study-related costs Advises faculty and staff on contractual relationships and negotiates terms to protect university interests Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Juris Doctor or a combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education Relevant experience in research administration or contract negotiation preferred (2 years) Five years of relevant work experience preferred No specific certifications or professional licenses required
