Working remotely on a contract basis, the Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 15 requisitions across IT, engineering, and business roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for multiple functions Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and establish sourcing strategies Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview processes while maintaining accurate recruiting data Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with agency experience preferred Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes Skilled at sourcing for technical (IT) roles Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
