Working remotely on a contract basis, the Remote Contract Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities Perform targeted research to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels Screen and interview candidates to ensure qualifications meet job requirements and schedule interviews for hiring managers Oversee pre-employment requirements and maintain accurate recruiting data throughout the hiring process Required qualifications 3-5 years of recruiting and interviewing experience, preferably in the BPO market Experience recruiting for Finance, Payroll, and Banking positions Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in ATS systems, preferably ICIMS and Workday Strong knowledge of employment law and excellent customer service skills
