Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: Licensed in good standing to practice law in FL, Minimum of 5 years' experience in family law matters, Manage cases from start to finish, Draft demand letters, Prepound/respond to discovery, Draf pleadings and motions/orders, Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines, Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
