Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Estate Planning / Trust Administration Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week.Paralegal Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in Florida Estate Planning and Trust AdministrationStrong experience drafting estate planning documents and supporting trust administration mattersExperience using WealthCounsel (preferred), along with familiarity with Clio and Westlaw Form BuilderAbility to assist with data entry, document formatting, and ensuring estate planning documents are complete and accurateStrong attention to detail when reviewing documents to ensure accuracy prior to attorney reviewAbility to organize and manage estate planning and trust administration files efficientlyExperience supporting real estate-related matters, including title work (a plus)Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlinesStrong understanding of estate planning processes, language, and proceduresAbility to work independently and proactively support attorney workflowStrong communication skills and ability to follow instructions while taking initiativeOur Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
