Remote, Contract-based Florida Commercial Litigation Attorney Opportunity - 5+ Hours/Week

We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on‑demand support for both short‑term and long‑term legal projects for our client law firms.
Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Commercial Litigation Attorney .
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week .
Attorney Responsibilities
- Provide support on commercial litigation matters, with construction litigation experience being a plus but not required
- Draft substantive motions, including Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and other litigation‑related documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Review case files and assist with litigation strategy
- Provide high‑level drafting support on active litigation mattersCollaborate with the hiring attorney to efficiently move cases forward
Attorney Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 5+ years of Florida commercial litigation experience
- Exceptional legal drafting skills, with the ability to independently prepare substantive motions and pleadings
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Construction litigation experience is a plus, but not required
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Self‑starter who can work independently and produce high‑quality work with minimal supervision
Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour .
