Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Commercial Litigation Attorney.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week. Attorney Responsibilities: Provide support on commercial litigation matters, with construction litigation experience being a plus but not required Draft substantive motions, including Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and other litigation-related documents Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Review case files and assist with litigation strategy Provide high-level drafting support on active litigation matters Collaborate with the hiring attorney to efficiently move cases forward Attorney Requirements: Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida Minimum of 5+ years of Florida commercial litigation experience Exceptional legal drafting skills, with the ability to independently prepare substantive motions and pleadings Strong legal research and analytical skills Construction litigation experience is a plus, but not required Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines Self-starter who can work independently and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
