Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Federal Litigation Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week.Paralegal Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day litigation file activityMaintain and organize case files to ensure matters stay on trackAssist with case management and deadlinesSupport attorneys with litigation-related tasksCoordinate documents, filings, and case materialsEnsure timely movement of cases through the litigation processParalegal Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experienceExperience with Federal court litigation (jurisdiction not required)Strong case management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple files and keep cases progressing efficientlyDetail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlinesSelf-starter who can work independentlyOur Paralegal pay rate starts at $35/hour.
