BenchPrep is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant to support our growing operations in a fully remote role. You’ll maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure GAAP compliance across AR, AP, billing, and the general ledger.
You’ll assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements while communicating insights company-wide. CPA is preferred; 3–8 years in accounting and advanced Excel skills are expected; experience with NetSuite/Intacct/QuickBooks is a plus.
