Remote Consumer Care Representative

To support a growing team focused on "shelf stable" seafood products, the fully remote Consumer Care Representative will manage incoming communications, troubleshoot consumer issues, and provide exceptional customer support while ensuring adherence to service levels. Key responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, texts, chats, and respond to written communications regarding consumer products Troubleshoot issues, analyze consumer concerns, and recommend appropriate actions to resolve problems Document all communications accurately in the CRM system and handle quality complaints according to Standard Operating Procedures Required qualifications Interpersonal and relationship management skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including active listening Experience navigating multiple computer systems while engaging with customers Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions
