Remote Consumer Care Agent - Part-Time Seasonal

Jockey International in Kenosha, WI seeks part-time seasonal Consumer Care Agents to handle inbound calls and assist customers with placing orders, following a two-week training period. You’ll provide helpful product information and update CRM notes to ensure accurate records.

After training, shifts include Saturdays and additional days with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule. Candidates need a high school diploma and strong communication skills; prior call-center experience is a plus.
