LaTeam Partners is seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer contractor (remote) to support its construction team with estimates, plan interpretation, cost analysis, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will review plans, prepare budgets, perform quantity takeoffs, create floor plans and 3D renderings, and develop client presentations while coordinating revisions and maintaining project records. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Canva is preferred.
