leader in biotechnology and gene therapy, is looking for an Commercial Learning & Development Program Manager (100% Remote). Term Contract(Possibility Of Extension) Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick Travel: Occasional travel to development programs for US Commercial teams. This role coordinates virtual and vendors, and helps deliver engaging programs that strengthen leadership Coordinate leadership development programs, including training sessions, cohort communications, sustainment activities, and learner engagement. Support development and delivery of training focused on communication, coaching, analytics, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities. Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, action items, and status updates. Coordinate training logistics, meetings, workshops, communications, and reporting. Partner with Compliance, Legal, internal training teams, and external vendors to ensure programs are effective and compliant. Facilitate training calls, meetings, and workshops as needed. Bachelor’s degree. ~5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, and/or Program/Project Management. ~ Strong project coordination, organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. ~ Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams , and similar collaboration/project management platforms. Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments . Experience supporting Commercial, field-based, or leadership development programs . Experience coordinating virtual and in-person training programs.
