Remote Commercial & Transactional Lawyer (Part-Time)

Brain Co. is seeking a part-time commercial lawyer to join its AI-powered legal work surface project for a large global investment organization.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand how experienced lawyers review agreements, assess risk, and use precedent from intake through signing. Initially, you will run structured working sessions, walk through workflows, answer domain questions, and help distinguish legally meaningful issues.
