To support a growing collection team, the full-time Remote Collection Representative will handle high-volume calls, negotiate payment arrangements for past-due medical balances, and consistently meet performance metrics while working from home. Key responsibilities Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals Maintain accurate documentation and follow all required laws and standards Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Willingness and ability to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire Reliable and responsible with a proven ability to stick to a schedule Experience navigating multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
