Remote Closing Operations Leader

World Business Lenders, a fast-growing mortgage lender, seeks a Closing Department Manager to lead the end-to-end closing function. You will ensure loans close accurately, on time, and in full compliance with legal requirements, including TRID, RESPA, and TILA, while coordinating with underwriting, processing, and funding teams.

You will manage closing staff, oversee title and settlement partners, resolve complex issues, improve procedures, and monitor KPIs such as CTC turnaround and funding
