Remote Clinical Site Start-Up Specialist

Fortrea is seeking a Site Navigators II to coordinate start-up activities for clinical studies in the United States. You will serve as the single point of contact for investigative sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, site readiness, patient safety, and timely activation while collaborating with sponsor, CRO, and site staff.

You will identify suitable sites, manage feasibility, support IRB/IEC submissions, and assist with contracts, budgets, and documentation to keep the Trial Master File
