Daymark Health is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to lead hiring for our clinical teams across markets in a fully remote role. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders, build pipelines for Physicians, NPs, RNs, LICSWs, and allied roles, and scale our recruiting operations to support Daymark’s rapid growth.
You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, implement outcomes-based interview kits, and drive improvements in candidate experience and employer branding.
