To support a variety of clinical programs, the contract Remote Clinical Pharmacist will engage members through telephonic consultations, conduct comprehensive medication reviews, and provide medication adherence support while working remotely on a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Engage members telephonically and schedule pharmacist consultation appointments for clinical program participation Conduct comprehensive Medication Therapy Reviews and provide clinical recommendations for medication management Educate members on their medications, regimens, and related disease states to enhance adherence and health outcomes Required qualifications Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence Strong knowledge of disease-state management guidelines and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) principles Approximately 1+ year of pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates may be considered Ability to navigate multiple databases and technology applications effectively Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
