HCSC is seeking a Clinical Optimization Pharmacist to perform daily clinical pharmacy activities within the Medicare program. You will support development and execution of initiatives to improve drug therapy quality and cost-effectiveness in coordination with ambulatory care providers and clinical teams.
The role requires up to 25% travel, may be performed remotely from the continental United States (excluding CA, NY, AK, HI) and residency in New Mexico or Arizona is required.
