UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital Clinical Genomics Lab (UCGL) is hiring a Genome Bioinformatics Analyst to support validation studies, curate gene/variant knowledge, and contribute to clinical and developmental research.
This is a full-time daylight position Monday through Friday, and will work remotely. The candidate will design and maintain NGS bioinformatics pipelines, collaborate with clinicians and genetic counselors, and participate in the interpretation of clinical reports.
