Stepful is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to build and lead the clinical instructor function for our nursing programs. This fully remote role with up to 50% travel centers on developing infrastructure, recruiting and mentoring instructors, and managing site partnerships.
You'll report to the Dean of Nursing, align clinical education with program goals, and ensure audit-ready documentation while scaling operations across clinical sites in the Midwest.
