Seeking a Remote Full-Time Clinical Dispatcher, the candidate will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations while working 2nd shift in a virtual hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with hospital clinical staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care
- Manage incoming consultations through established workflows and prioritize assignments across multiple service lines
- Monitor and maintain queues to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) while demonstrating service excellence
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment, healthcare, or IT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and communication tools
