Stepful is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to build and lead the clinical instructor function for our nursing programs. You’ll create the infrastructure, relationships, and a scalable team to run clinical instruction across sites, starting with a teaching load at clinical sites.
As the team grows, you’ll shift to leading the instructor network, deepen site partnerships, and manage operational systems to keep rotations audit-ready and on track, reporting to the Dean of Nursing.
