Remote Clinical Care Partner PRN (counselor/therapist)

The Clinical Care Partner position plays a critical role by offering support and case management when employees and family members call for services. This schedule for this position is weekdays Monday-Friday 8-5pm up to 20 scheduled hours and additional hours may be available on an as needed basis. Training will be in office (Charlotte NC); once trained will work a remote schedule. The Clinical Care Partner - PRN must provide their own computer (device system requirements: Windows 10 or later, macOS 13 or later, iPadOS 17.0 or later).
 
Phone based assessment of client needs and refer them to providers or community resources
Communicate via phone, video conferencing, and email
Provide excellent customer service including follow-up
3+ years’ post-masters experience in a mental health field
~ Customer service experience including phone-based
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn EAP software
EAP experience and CEAP credential
