Bright!Tax is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide clients through the tax preparation journey. You will coordinate with our Tax and Client Success teams, ensuring deliverables stay on track and client expectations are met. This fully remote role focuses on clear, proactive communication and strong relationship management.
You bring 2+ years in client services, excellent English, and comfortable use of digital collaboration tools. Prior tax or CRM experience is a plus, especially HubSpot.
