Remote Client Services Representative - No Experience

The Position

In this role, you’ll communicate directly with prospective and current clients through scheduled phone calls and virtual meetings.

You’ll take the time to understand what each client is looking for, provide information about available benefit solutions, address questions, and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

You’ll also remain a point of contact for existing clients, helping with future benefit reviews, changes, service requests, and general questions. The goal is to provide a positive experience while establishing trusted, long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do
Meet with clients through scheduled phone and video consultations
Ask questions to better understand individual needs and priorities
Provide clear information about available benefits and coverage options
Help clients determine which available solutions may fit their needs
Walk clients through applications and enrollment procedures
Provide timely answers and ongoing assistance
Follow up with clients when additional support is needed
Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
Develop professional relationships with new and existing clients
Complete virtual training and participate in coaching sessions
Collaborate with team members and attend online meetings
Set and work toward individual performance and development goals

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or another people-focused position can be beneficial, but it is not required.
