Remote Client Services Associate

In search of individuals with customer service skills, attention to details and communication skills to assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, Car rentals, theme park tickets and many other travel experiences. No prior travel industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and other travel arrangements
• Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process
• Stay informed about supplier promotions and special offers
• Maintain accurate booking information and client records
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, and online tools
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
