Your expertise will help ensure a smooth process, providing clarity, reassurance, and expert guidance every step of the way.
Proven phone experience with a focus on customer service excellence
Prior experience supporting financial conversions or project transitions
Knowledge of client compensation processes or related financial operations
Familiarity with financial software or CRM systems
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous customer support experience in finance or investment sectors
Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Wednesday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET), with remote flexibility on other days
