Remote Client Retention Specialist - Commission-Based

National Debt Relief is seeking commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialists (Retention Agents) to support clients at risk of canceling their service. The role is full-time and remote, with multiple ET schedules and a start date of 12/7/2026.

You will engage via calls, email, and digital channels to retain clients and document discussions in Salesforce. You’ll need 2+ years in phone-based sales/collections, strong communication, and de-escalation skills.
