Mobilitas is seeking a Claims Specialist, Commercial Casualty to resolve 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity for personal and commercial lines. You will become licensed in several states to handle nationwide claims and may work remotely.
Responsibilities include managing claims to resolution with minimal supervision, making coverage and liability determinations, and negotiating settlements while supporting FNOL and subrogation efforts. Travel may be required.
