Remote Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

To provide episodic care to patients in acute crisis, the full-time Remote Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist will evaluate and treat individuals across various settings while collaborating with onsite professionals from the comfort of their home. Key responsibilities Simultaneously serve multiple emergency rooms and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis Direct and implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medications for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders Utilize a collaborative care approach with healthcare treatment teams to ensure timely patient disposition Required qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist with unrestricted, independent licensure Experience providing psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults in acute crisis settings Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles Proficiency in using multiple EMRs and advanced technical skills in telehealth Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds and provide culturally competent care
