Salary: $139,950.00 - $167,750.00 (US Dollar)
Position: Chief Programs Officer (Permanent, Full‑time)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for all programs and projects within the company.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Lead and manage a team of program managers and coordinators.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of programs and projects.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for program growth and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on program performance and progress.
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Chief Programs Officer or similar position.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing programs and projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
