EmployBridge is seeking a CDL Driver Recruiter for a fully remote U.S. role, operating Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. You will recruit CDL drivers, manage a high-volume pipeline, and partner with multiple customers to fulfill orders.
You will use marketing and people skills to attract candidates, interview and assess fit, and complete screenings and I-9s to bring hires on board. Prior CDL recruiting and staffing experience is required.
