UASI is actively seeking a Clinical Risk Adjustment Documentation Specialist to support accurate outpatient CDI and HCC coding in a fully remote capacity. You'll collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure documentation quality and regulatory compliance while optimizing capture of patient severity and complexity.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of ambulatory CDI experience, an active LPN or RN license, and proficiency with Epic and OPAs.
