Clinical Documentation Improvement AnalystThis Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Analyst is responsible for ensuring that patient medical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and coding standards. They will work closely with physicians, nurses, and coding teams to improve the quality of clinical documentation, which directly supports appropriate reimbursement, quality reporting, and patient care outcomes. The goal is to identify gaps, inconsistencies or missing diagnosis in provider documentation.
They will need to handle 15 record reviews per day (new or re-reviews).
