You will be instrumental in identifying key performance indicators, analyzing operational data, and devising actionable plans to optimize processes, manage resources effectively, and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate possesses a profound understanding of catering operations, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of strategic development within the hospitality or food service industry, all managed remotely. You will work closely with senior leadership and unit managers to champion best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement nationwide. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize catering operations, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Analyze operational performance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across all catering units.
• Design and implement new operational procedures, workflows, and best practices in areas such as logistics, supply chain, and service delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new catering ventures or expansion opportunities, providing strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management.
• Develop training programs and resources to support the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational best practices remotely.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or business analysis, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or food service industry.
• Proven ability to develop and implement complex operational strategies that yield measurable results.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of catering operations, including logistics, supply chain, quality control, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels remotely.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and relevant business intelligence software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion in a remote environment.
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is highly advantageous.
