Honor is seeking a Care Pro Relationship Manager to develop and execute staffing strategies that support exceptional experiences for Clients and Care Pros. This remote role serves markets across the United States and follows a Monday–Friday schedule in ET, with occasional evenings or weekends.
You will lead staffing outreach, coordinate with Client Managers, mobilize Care Pros, and provide coaching and data-driven insights to optimize scheduling and retention.
