Remote Care Coordinator Patient Access & Benefits

TEKsystems is seeking a Care Coordinator for a fully remote contract role based in the United States. You will support patients, providers, payers, and pharmacies by coordinating benefits verification, prior authorizations and appeals, and enrollment activities to ensure timely access to therapy.

Key responsibilities include handling calls, maintaining compliance, documenting activities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve positive patient outcomes; strong communication and CRM
