Murj is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding, training, and ongoing support for healthcare clients using Murj’s enterprise SaaS platform. You will guide customers through setup, manage onboarding projects, and become a product expert for analytics, billing, and clinic workflows.
You will collaborate with engineering, PM, IT EHR, and clinical teams, provide real‑time support, monitor Intercom, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining strong customer relationships
