Coinbase is seeking an L4 Capacity Planning Lead to join our Compliance Workforce Management team. You’ll translate volume trends, staffing assumptions, and business inputs into short- and mid-range capacity plans that keep our compliance operations efficient and cost-effective.
You will own forecasts across multiple compliance queues and markets, build capacity models, and collaborate with Finance, Recruiting, and vendor partners to align headcount with growth targets and budgets.
