Remote Campaign Volunteer Mobilizer

Our Schools Action Chicago is looking for a Distributed Organizer to build and sustain a volunteer pipeline for Hilario and the Our Schools slate. You will recruit volunteers, enroll them in phone and text banks, run virtual shifts, and maintain clean data so the team can see capacity and gaps.

This role requires daily recruitment, shift leadership, and reliable follow-up. You will train volunteers, develop captains, and coordinate with field staff to advance priority races.
